Blackberry Acres was conceived in 2010. After visiting Deep Creek with a group of close friends, the seed was sown, but the timing wasn’t right. That seed was watered with the next 9 subsequent years and each visit brought greater granularity to what we were looking for in a home: warmth, comfort, escape. Our group of traveling friends varied year to year, yet one thing remained consistent, each group was shrouded with love.
In 2020, the vision was clear and the time had come for the seed to sprout. Initially, the search focused on location: Mountain View vs Lake View. Yet, after walking into Blackberry Acres, we knew that we were “home” and pray that you find the same peace, warmth, comfort, and escape that we did when we initially walked through the doors.
